spring break is overrated

so spring break wooooohooooooo, not really at all, we is it that every time any type of break happens that your teachers think its a great idea to give you more homework that usual? i still don't really understand this and i don't think i ever will. school is a drag lately, i still hate my classes, being home from a mission has just really been full of disapointment, lately i have been thinking about my mission all the time and how easy i really had it. sure a mission is hard but its so easy becasue you only have to focus on others and not the normal stress's in life. I did go take a random trip to las vegas on tuesday, probably the worst idea ever me and durrant decided, we left at 2:00 am and got there just around 8 am, stayed unitl abotu 1 pm and drove home and got home by 5:30 pm, pretty ridiculas, i was so tired, but man i realized how thankful i was to see utah county, i never thought i would ever be so happy to be there. but vegas is just dumb, sure i wnet without plans but i figured, all you can do is gamble, drink, eat a ton, or get a hooker and all of which are not viable options in my eyes. really i went down there to see what all the hype was about, and really it did not live up to the pedestal people put it on. reall i am disgusted by the whole vegas mentality, pronography was everywhere, there was even a truck that drove up and down the strip with half naked women on billboards right in the open for everyone to see not to mention that it was also scattered all across the ground, it made me sick to see families there with little kids, that really bothered me the most. i realize that each person is entitled to do what they want but really parents why did you put your small children in this type of situation? Everything jsut felt really cheap too, but cheap people tryign to make it big go to vegas, so that was a bit self explanitory. pretty much i dont think i will ever go back there, nothing i ever want to do is there, its just a distrubing place to me. the fact that peopel think they can go there and do whatever they want is ridiculas, "what you do in vegas stays in vegas" is a bunch of bull, that is a total atheist veiw on things, unaccountability for people actions is ever so present in that society, peopel are goign to have a real eye opener when they die. well im doen with my rant on how dumb vegas is, on other news i have been hanging out with a girl lately, she is pretty cool and fun to be around, we shall see where that goes. but other than that im just super bored and sitting at work. i jsut want to go home and go to bed, but i realize that i will be here in a few today again...
