im frustrated

well for the most part i am just frustrated with things in general. im done with school finally but i have no clue what to do after i finish here at slcc, like literally i dont have much of a clue, my job sorta prevents me from goign to school full time which will just mkae life a harder, its jsut going to take me longer to get my 4 year degree. on top of that they want me to take a test that i really could care less about for my A+ certification which i havent even realyl had the chance to study for becasue i have been in school, basically i think its a bit retareded that they have the test scheduled to be taken during finals week. Honestly who had the bright idea to schedule a test to be taken the same week? if someone could tell me i would love to know. Right now it just seems that my life is at a stand still, i can't realyl get anywhere without an education and i sure don't want to sit here my whole life, now is the time i have to decide if i want to focus on my job or my education, and im pretty sure tha my education is much more important than my job. i just cant help but feel that i have gotten screwed and taken advantage of since i have been here, like i will have worked 84 hours over an 8 day period at the end of this week, personally i think its a bit much, im getting burnt out. really i got screwed becasue a coworker had a baby and the other one got on medical leave for sleeping on the job. it seems to me that sleepign on the job after so many tiems validates the fact that you should probably not work nights or should be fired, but that is just my personal opinion. then what really brings my aggaravation to a new high with my job is now they say that we can play flash based games but we cannot play any MMO's, FPS, Handhelds, or console games; sure there probably has baeen issues with peopel gettign distracted and not paying attention to what is going on in the buildign but crap, if you are goign to throw down the ban hammer might as well say we cant watch movies, or realyl even play flash based games becasue those as well can suck you in and make you not apy attention to what is goign on. it seems that the managament of my company as well as human resources is full of failed logic, seriously what else do they epect the night employee's to do? study for A+ that is a complete joke? i mean honestly if they wanted to give the employee's mroe incentive for one increase the pay raise for getting it more than 25 cents. for me to have teh comptia A+ cert would only increase my pay by $450-$500 a year. Really that is nothing for a pay increase, its more of a joke than anythin.. it wouldnt even be a noticable difference in my pay. right now im just at a whits end with my job, it just makes me aggravated. i just dont understand how a comapny can be so detached from their employee's.
